Our English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) students and our adult literacy students present this annual event to learn about each other and to share their cultures with the general public. Donations accepted beginning Wednesday, May 7, 2008 FUNdraisers GONE BY... 6th Annual Miniature Golf Tournament - Saturday, Sept 29, 2007 Hilltop Fun Center, Somersworth: 8:00 - 10:00 a.m. HOOT! Eugene Byrne & Friends in Concert - Friday, Oct. 26, 2007 Dover City Hall Auditorium: 7:30 p.m. MANY THANKS to all our sponsors, our audience, the musicians, Hilltop Fun Center, our mini-golfers and especially to Eugene Byrne for organizing HOOT ! The two events raised over $10,000 for the Center - our best FUNdraisers ever! Board of Director's Meetings The Board of Directors meets on the third Tuesday of each month, 4:00 p.m. at the Center in Dover, unless otherwise indicated: (note: due to the early Thanksgiving holiday this year, the Board established a combination November/December meeting). Tuesdays: September 19, 2007 October 16, 2007 December 11, 2007 January 15, 2008 February 19, 2008 March 18, 2008 April 15, 2008 May 20, 2008 In June, the Board meets the fourth Tuesday: June 24, 2008 because graduation is the third Tuesday, June 17, 2008. The FUNdraising Committee of the Board Of Directors meets monthly, the first Thursday of the month, 4:30 p.m. at the Center in Dover. All interested parties are welcome. The Program Committee of the Board of Directors meets monthly, the first Tuesday of the month, 4:30 p.m. at the Center in Dover. All interested parties are welcome. ABE/ESOL Staff Meetings - Monthly The daytime and evening staff meet separately, generally the second Wednesday and the third Thursday of each month.
