Marilynn is a certified Usui Reiki and Karuna Reiki Master Teacher. She also has certification as a Magnified Healer & Teacher, Practitioner of Jin Shin Jyutsu and Healing Touch. She has a private practice in Dover called Reiki for people of all ages and see clients at other health centers.
In this fun workshop you learn how to improve your health and well-being through the use of various chakra therapies. You will explore the ancient system of the Chakras, known as our energy centers located within the body. Workshop is a combination of demonstration and exploration of simple hands-on exercises and techniques to help you discover which of your chakras are out of balance and in need of support. The focus will be on the 7 major chakras and how to strengthen each through the use of exercise, self-help techniques, mediation, expressive art, food and the use of crystals. Each student receives a detailed booklet of everthing experienced in class so you can continue your chakra care at home. Additionally, each participant will receive an individual mini chakra energy session, a chakra gift and chakra snacks. Students should dress comfortably and bring a mat or blanket.

Marcus is a musician and puppeteer specialzing in the children and family audience. He has been practicing Falun Gong for 12+ years and provides free instruction in the Seacoast area.
Falun Gong is an advanced chi-gong (energy) exercise system originating in ancient China. It promotes energy flow in the body through five simple easy to learn exercises. Practiced in over 70 countries worldwide, Falun Gong may improve quality of life through increased physical energy and mental clarity. This introductory class will provide a brief overview of the system plus a demonstration of the exercises.
