BEGINNING EXERCISE AND FITNESS CLASS

This program is designed to get you up and moving. It is ideal for those just starting to exercise or for those who would like to improve their health and life style! Includes muscle strengthening and cardio; yoga and stretching; low impact Zumba Gold.

Please be sure to bring water to drink and a towel, wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
You will be required to sign a health and liability waiver to participate.

ZUMBA

DIANA POST
Diana is a long-time Dover resident who has been teaching Pilates and dance classes in the local area for many years. She draws on her 13 year background in Salsa and Latin partner dancing when teaching Zumba ®Fitness classes and offers simple versions of Latin rhythms that anyone can learn! In addition to teaching Zumba®Fitness, she also teaches ZumbAtomics® (a child friendly version of Zumba®, zumba Gold® and will soon be offering Aqua Zumba®. 6-week session. Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba® program is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health. This class will be tailored for beginners to Zumba® and will be custom designed just for you by Instructor Diana Post. Diana also teaches for the Dover Recreation Dept., The Works Family Health and Fitness, and at other locations in the tri-city area. Those who are ready for a more challenging class are welcome to join ongoing sessions at the Dover Rec! This is a 6-week Zumba class (intro) but any level Zumba enthusiast is welcome to register and join the fun. No drop-ins will be accepted but the 6-week registration is open to everyone.
