From the Spaulding Turnpike :

Take exit 8E toward downtown Dover. This is Silver Street. At second set of lights, take a left onto Locust Street. Watch for the Dover Public Library on your left. Turn left at the library entrance. The McConnell Community Center is the brick building on your right. Park behind the library, come in Door #3 and come up half a flight of steps (or take the elevator to the second floor).

From the North End of Dover :

Follow Central Avenue into the lower square of downtown Dover (Foster’s Daily Democrat is on the far left corner). Turn right onto Washington Street. At the first set of traffic lights, turn left onto Chestnut Street. This will curve into Locust Street. Watch for the Dover Public Library on your right. Turn right at the library entrance (just before the library). The McConnell Community Center is the brick building on your right. Park behind the library, come in Door #3 and come up half a flight of steps (or take the elevator to the second floor).

From the South End of Dover :

Follow Central Avenue to the traffic lights at Silver Street (a Gulf station will be on your right). Turn left onto Silver Street. At the first set of lights, turn right onto Locust Street. Watch for the Dover Public Library on your left. Turn left at the library entrance. The McConnell Community Center is the brick building on your right. Park behind the library, come in Door #3 and come up half a flight of steps (or take the elevator to the second floor).
